Biofield Tuning
A unique sound therapy method using targeted frequencies produced by tuning forks in the biomagnetic field that surrounds the body, inducing relaxation to release stress, trauma, and inflammation held in the body. This method works directly on the underlying energetic blueprint, accomplishing in a few sessions what can take years of traditional talk therapy.

Meditation Coaching
Improve your overall health through meditation. With a daily meditation practice, we move toward quieting the busy mind to make space for a calm, non-reactive state of mind, allowing intuitive information and beneficial flashes of insight. It's my joy and pleasure to help you get started meditating - or to reinvigorate your current routine - in this life-altering practice.

Astrology

By creating and reviewing your astrological natal chart, valuable insight can be gained regarding your soul's life purpose and unique strengths and challenges encountered in this lifetime. A special focus will be on asteroid archetypal energies, including asteroid goddesses, which support and supercharge your evolution. Pallas Athena, Juno, Ceres, Vesta & Chiron are included in your natal chart reading.

Reiki
Divinely guided healing energy flows into the body, using hands-on healing for relaxation and improved health. Reiki is powerful - yet gentle - and is designed for all humans and animals, addressing physical, emotional and spiritual health.

I am a Reiki Master trained in the Usui lineage.
